Licenses and  Permits

Applications for licenses and permits may be downloaded from this page or obtained by appointment at Village Hall. Fully completed applications will be accepted with the required payment by mail or by appointment at Village Hall.  

For Village code that denotes approval is required, in the absence of an official Village form, please contact the Village Office.

For electrical permit questions, please contact Gregg Hansen and for plumbing permit questions, please contact Rick Herman. Inspector contact information is located on the permit applications.

NOTE:  Permits must be approved by the respective Inspector and Village before work begins. The following penalties apply for failure to obtain a permit or failure to schedule a final inspections:

• 1st Offense:  Fees Double
• Thereafter:    Fees Triple
• Failure to schedule a final inspection:  Fees Triple
