Property Taxes
Property tax bills are mailed to Village of North By property owners in December. If you do not receive your tax bill by December 20th, please perform a tax inquiry to access your property tax bill and/or to verify your mailing address.
Payment Due Dates
- January 31st: First installment (or full payment) due.

Income Tax Filing Requirements
When completing Wisconsin Personal Income Tax Forms 1 and 1A, please designate the Village of North Bay as your tax district residence. Additionally, enter 4620 for the Racine Unified School District number. Accurately providing this information is vital for the Village.
Update Your Tax Bill Mailing Address
To revise the mailing address listed in Racine County records, locate your tax information by following the link for Racine County Property Tax in the Related Links section. After accessing your record, choose "Request Mailing Address Change" to complete and submit the request online.
