Trustee #3 is a part-time elected voting member of the Executive Board.

Key Duties
The Constable fulfills several primary public safety, regulatory, and administrative responsibilities:
- Elected Board Member & Governance: Serves a two-year term following election at the regular spring election in odd-numbered years. Participates as a voting member of the Board of Trustees to oversee village governance, enact local laws, and ensure that village ordinances are faithfully obeyed.
- Law Enforcement & Ordinance Enforcement: Acts as the primary liaison with the Wind Point Police Department (WPPD) to ensure village ordinances are enforced, while familiarizing themselves with local ordinances and attending to their enforcement by all lawful means. Note that this role does not encompass resolving individual neighbor disputes.
- Fire & Public Safety Services Liaison: Serves as the main contact with the Caledonia Fire Department (CFD) for local fire protection and emergency services.
- Emergency Management: Fulfills the role of Emergency Response Coordinator alongside the Village President (who acts as the Emergency Government Chair).
- Planning Commission: Serves automatically as a Trustee member on the Village Planning Commission.
- Board of Review: Serves automatically on the Board of Review.
