During the Executive Board Meeting on Aug 17, 2026, the Village of North Bay Board of Trustees officially approved Ordinance #2026-2 related to Fire Hydrants and Encroachments. The Ordinance took effect on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026. Ordinance #2026-2 - An Ordinance to repeal and re-create Section 7.04 of the Village of North Bay code concerning Fire Hydrants and Encroachments.
